If we haven’t met, I’m Jen, Certified Health Coach and founder of Kids Eat Vegetables. I developed this Veggie Eatin’ Guide to help moms revolutionize the way their kids think about vegetables and turn even the pickiest eaters into veggie-lovin’ kiddos! 

I’m a busy mom just like you, and for years I struggled to get my kids to eat healthy. Our now 8-year-old daughter had a phase of only eating Cheerios while our 5-year-old daughter refused to eat anything green and resisted casseroles where foods were combined.

After much trial and error and feeling like a short order cook who prepared different foods to meet the demands of my kids (I mean who’s in charge here!?), I finally figured out stress-free ways to cook one meal for my entire family and even had my kids lining up for spinach smoothies in the morning.
